SSANIP AND NASU, EKOWE CHAPTER JOINS NLC STRIKE

The ongoing strike by the Nigeria Labour Congress that has crippled activities in major states in the nation has spread its tentacles to Federal Polytechnic Ekowe has two out of three unions in the school has openly called for support of the strike. Yesterday the Senior Staff Association of Nigeria Polytechnics, Ekowe chapter informed congress that it has joined the ongoing strike in solidarity for the reduction of price of premium motor spirit, PMS otherwise known as petrol while its sister body in the polytechnic the National Staff Union of Polytechnics this morning informed its members via SMS that it is joining the strike.
